 Many people think that bad breath is mostly caused by the diseases that come from the stomach or the digestive tract (the nature of the body). But the fact is one cause of bad breath is a condition in your own mouth, like the food you eat, and how often you clean the teeth, gums, and your tongue. Here are tips you can do to get a fresh breath and avoid the bad breath is annoying.

Make flossing (cleaning the area in between the teeth), brushing teeth, gums and tongue cleaning every day.
